This site is a site that likes to try and discriminate against boylovers which is why it is important for more and more of us to create profiles there. I have had my account deleted 2 times now on this site. I NEVER encourage any type of illegal activity nor do I flame or attempt to incite intolerance. Still I am always honest and do not fear to state that I am attracted to teenage boys - 14 or older -. It is this reason - and only for this reason - that my profile has been deleted twice now. When NEXOPIA.COM deletes an account they do not contact you or provide any explanation at all - those who practice such specific, targeted discrimination never do. - They cannot offer any explanation because they have no legal grounds to do so. I encourage all boylovers who read this to make sure they go to NEXOPIA.COM and create honest boylover profiles. Never be ashamed of loving boys. I will create another one again as I have had to do before and will always do.

In an ideal world the individuals responsible for publishing the work of artists would be genuinely concerned about the artists they represent and the defence of free speech. In reality most of the publishers I have had the misfortune to deal with are just pimps/profit mongers. Let's take a look at iuniverse/Barnes & Noble - you didn't think I was finished with them? -. They enter into contracts with artists in order to whore their work for profit. It's all strictly "business" with them. They refuse to actually defend the integrity of the artists they represent, to defend the principles of free speech, to honour the contracts they enter into with these artists.

We, the artistic community, are bearers of the light of reason, truth, justice, humanity and defenders of free speech. Publishers such as iuniverse/Barnes & Noble are in actuality servants of the dark forces of superstition, lies, injustice, man's inhumanity to fellow man and are opposed to the principle of free speech. I'm sure I am not the first artist to enter into a contract with them only to have it later canceled for no reason. They try to defend their actions by cloaking their behavior through vague terms and jargon. They never provided me a direct answer because they feel that through the unjust cancellation of a contract they are not required to provide a detailed explanation. It is because they know that they are in the wrong. They have no honour. So if you are a writer I strongly urge you avoid the following publishers - who through their disgraceful actions have lost the right to represent artists -.

It is terrifying to note that in our country (Canada) we do not have a set Educational standard in regards to specific acceptable lessons that are taught specifically in private education and most specifically to denominational schools. In Canada private schools are becoming more popular and yet the government fails to recognize these as the potential havens of anti-Canadian values they pose. We have children being educated in our country in lessons that are in direct opposition to our culture. These denominational schools set themselves apart in order to brainwash a generation into ridiculous superstitions such as creationism. It is the lack of public outcry over these havens of ignorance and anti-social growth that will permit their being. This must end. It results in a country such as the United States where we have a sick product of sex negativity and superstition as the means that result in innocent victims.

It is time for the current crisis within our Canadian Education System to be resolved. The current situation of superstitions, segregation and other non-Canadian values being indoctrinated into our youth must end. This is unhealthy, non-productive and will result in the destruction of Canadian values and ultimately Canada itself. These are Canadian values: unity, harmony, secularism, humanism, equality, truth, tolerance, freedom, social justice, classlessness. The bane of education in Canada is the continued sufferance of Private Education. These schools are not being monitored in terms of the content that they teach. By their very existence they encourage segregation.

- Schools based on socio-economic class encourage segregation based on socio-economic class. The result is an ignorant view of seeming justice within an unjust social order. To encourage a non-Canadian value.
- Schools based on religion ( all religions ) encourage segregation based on religion. The superstitions that are taught (such as creationism), are in direct opposition to the instilling of truth. Truth is a Canadian Value.

Currently within our country there is a petition to merge the public education system into only one government funded system. We have currently the Public and the Separate (Catholic) schools. This petition is to persuade the government to permit only one Public school system that will be an English as well as a French (Immersion) secular system. The petition is found here . This is not enough. All private education in our beloved Canada must be terminated immediately. These Private schools are teaching non-Canadian values and are potential hotbeds of segregationist thought, social injustice and a danger to Canada and all freedom loving Canadians. Canada must have and recognize only one single, secular education system - both in English and in French - and no other primary/elementary or secondary schools will be permitted. Private education must be confined to the upper tiers of our education institutional construct. Universities, colleges etc. will still be permitted to be run privately. It is vital to the future of our country that the youth be ingrained in correct Canadian values - and only Canadian values - throughout the most important, formative years of their lives before being exposed to potential non-Canadian thoughts or ideals. In order for us to secure this we must permanently ban any and all lower grade Private Schools within Canada. We must refuse to recognize any teaching that occurs within these volatile institutions. In doing this we will create a single harmonious platform for learning which will provide all youth with equal footing upon which to build an intellectual future and contribute to the greater social well-being of our nation. Without the distractions of multi-based, conflicting institutions, the country will be enabled to concentrate on vastly improving the one system and this will benefit all Canadians. There is only logic in this truth. Truth is a Canadian value.

U.S. man sentenced in sex case

A man who told Canadian border agents he was visiting Canada to have sex with a 15-year-old girl he met over the Internet has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. Michael Simonson, 51, of Tekoa south of Spokane, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Robert Whaley after pleading guilty Tuesday to one count of travel in inter-state commerce with the intent to engage in illicit sexual activity and one count of attempted enticement of a minor. Simonson was arrested after being turned back by Canadian Customs officials at the Blaine port of entry April 15, 2005, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Tom Rice said. A passenger on a Greyhound bus, Simonson told Canadian Customs agents he was on his way to meet a 15year-old girl that he had met on the Internet for sex.

A poor man is sentenced to 10 years in prison for going to meet a girl for consensual, cross-border sex - he didn't even have -. The attitudes of sex as being regarded as equal to rape and murder are disturbing in the United States. It's something we must guard against in Canada. If we continue to permit religious cults to maintain unregulated schools that corrupt the future generations of Canadians through lies and superstition, we will be responsible for the demise of our culture.

Promote Truth as the fact that there are no good criminals and bad criminals - only criminals - and no good victims or bad victims - only victims -. In Canada we are innocent until proven guilty and we will not permit that to ever change. We will never permit the separation between Church and State to end in our Canada.

Cuts unlikely to affect Tory support

Mean-spirited! Vindictive! Ideological!

The opposition hurled their best you’re-so-insensitive insults at the Conservative government yesterday in the aftermath of $1 billion in cuts to programs.

But that outrage is probably confined to the usual Tory critics, say observers. Conservative supporters, meanwhile, will embrace the “fat trimming.”

Nearly every opposition question during question period in the House of Commons dealt with the cuts.

Opposition MPs pointed to a lost youth internship program, $5 million trimmed from Status of Women Canada, and cash cut from adult literacy programs.

They decried slashes to legal aid for constitutional challenges and an aboriginal anti-smoking program.

“The Conservatives, in their style, decided to cut the fat. Young people, aboriginals, women — that’s fat to the Conservatives,” said NDP Leader Jack Layton.

Said Liberal finance critic John McCallum: “When will the finance minister do what is right for Canada and not what is right for the Conservative party?”

Lisa Young, a political scientist at the University of Calgary who has tracked voting patterns, says many of the targeted programs were supported only by small groups of Canadians. There were no large cuts to social programs that would be widely noticed. “The notion of running a lean government, paying down the debt, has a resonance with some of their potential voters — that’s seen as a win,” said Young.

Evangelist makes Toronto stop

Daughter of Billy Graham pushes family business

Quoting scripture and praising Jesus, the daughter of famed U.S. evangelist Billy Graham yesterday appealed to Toronto’s business elite to join her weeklong crusade in this city.

“Jesus Christ proclaimed the good news to the world of his day, and it’s my pleasure to bring the good news to you today,” Anne Graham Lotz said yesterday in a lunch speech to the Empire Club.

It’s a message she’ll take to the masses this weekend. “The only way somebody gets into heaven is to accept the hand of Jesus,” she said. Her speech, launching a week of media interviews, meetings with local evangelists and a two-day revival at the Air Canada Centre, comes as the religious right gains unprecedented influence in Canada’s halls of power.

Sharing the head table with Lotz yesterday were top Bay Street investment managers and business executives, including the head of Caldwell Securities and a top official at Research in Motion, the company that developed the BlackBerry.

In fact, her address to the influential members of the Empire Club — a cross-section of business and political elites — had to be moved to the Metro Convention Centre to accommodate a crowd of about 450, roughly twice the number usually attending the club’s luncheons at a downtown hotel.

John Niles, Empire Club president and a United Church minister, called on the crowd to make a donation to help pay for Lotz’s revival meetings Friday and Saturday at the ACC. “The events are offered free of charge to everyone,” he said in introducing Lotz.

Her address came 11 years after her father addressed the same club in the same room. Billy Graham, however, collapsed and was rushed to hospital before he could finish his address. “I was invited to come and finish his message,” Lotz said.

Repeat criminals targeted

Government proposal wants to make it easier to impose dangerous offender status

The federal government plans to make it easier to designate violent criminals as dangerous offenders so they can be kept locked up longer.

Legislation to be introduced next week was touted yesterday by Prime Minister Stephen Harper at the Toronto Police Association’s headquarters. It drew immediate praise from victims’ advocates but criticism from criminal lawyers.

The legislation would force those convicted of a third sexual or violent offence to show why they don’t deserve to be designated as dangerous offenders.

Currently, it is up to the Crown to prove that an offender should be deemed dangerous, a legal label that carries with it an indefinite sentence. “Canadians from across this country have told us they want action on crime,” Harper said, and he also accused the Liberals of having taken a “soft-on-crime” approach for decades.

Citing the case of offender Peter Whitmore, a pedophile who is accused of kidnapping and assaulting two boys last summer, Harper said “we have to do more” to protect society.

The proposal to force a person convicted of a third violent or serious sexual offense to show why they don’t deserve the dangerous offender label is called a “reverse onus.”

It shifts the burden of proof away from the Crown attorney’s office to prove an individual is truly dangerous and warrants an automatic indeterminate jail sentence with no eligibility for parole for seven years.

While police and victims’ rights groups praised the proposal yesterday, defense lawyers said it goes against long-established principles in the Canadian justice system, which require the Crown to prove aggravating circumstances to justify an indeterminate sentence.

First POINT: There are no good murderers and bad murderers - there are only murderers. -

Third POINT: There are no good victims and bad victims - there are only victims. -

Fourth POINT: The Canadian Justice system is based on the concept of innocence until proven guilty - not the other way round -.

Fifth POINT: Fear of sexuality is a perversion.

All consensual sex is the same as all murder is the same as all rape is the same.

The Conservative government in Canada is once again trying to enforce the culture of lies upon the Canadian Public. They are hoping to create a mirror image of the United States here through the effective end of the separation of Church and State in Canada. They desire to end the Charter of rights here and begin to imprison many innocent Canadians - as there are many innocent victims in the United states - through the criminal system. They use LOADED language and avoid the facts to convince the public that they know what's good for Canada. Isn't our country perfect the way it is? It's certainly better than the United States.

Remember this about the Conservatives...

They think SEX is an evil force that Canadians need to be protected from.

They do not support the rights of minority's.

They desire to create a culture of shame and superstition in Canada.

They intend to end the separation of Church and State in Canada.

FREEDOM is just a word. That is all it will ever be unless all Canadians are prepared to do 3 things - if you are not... you do not deserve freedom -.

- Be ready to SACRIFICE your freedom in order to protect it.

- Be ready to KILL in order to defend freedom.

Toews may push for easier dangerous offender labelling

OTTAWA - With one of Canada's most notorious pedophiles back in the news, Justice Minister Vic Toews said he is rethinking a Conservative campaign promise for a new law making it easier to designate repeat sex offenders as dangerous offenders and jail them indefinitely.

Mr. Toews, acknowledging he could have trouble passing legislation in a minority Parliament, said he may opt to work with his provincial counterparts to devise national standards for when to seek dangerous offender declarations under existing laws.

As it stands, the current law is seldom used and that should not be the case, Mr. Toews said in an interview.

"Prosecutors tend to be very reluctant to use dangerous offender legislation," he said. "Quite frankly, in the last number of months when I have been discussing this issue on an informal basis with police and with Crown attorneys, sort of the front-line people, it's been not so much a criticism of the legislation, but the lack of resources and the lack of a clear standard across Canada as to when they should be proceeding on dangerous offender applications."

The Conservative campaign pledge, which Mr. Toews reaffirmed in May, would change the law to make it a presumption that someone convicted of three violent or sexual offences, regardless of their nature, would be declared a dangerous offender.

"Many sexual offenders are hard-wired, they are not going to reform themselves and certainly those are the kinds of people we have to look at when we apply dangerous offenders legislation," Mr. Toews said.

Under the current law, a dangerous offender application can only be made at the time of sentencing for serious crimes. As of last year, there were 336 dangerous offenders in Canada.

Convicted pedophile Peter Whitmore, whose last conviction was for breaching the terms of his release for an earlier offence, is a classic example of an offender who falls through the cracks of the dangerous offender laws, despite a pattern of re-offending, critics say.

"The legislation is not adequate right now," said David Butt, a lawyer and spokesman for the child-advocacy group Beyond Borders. "What the legislation requires to trigger the application is a serious sexual offence, and the past few offences have been in the nature of breach of probation, and being in the company of a young child contrary to the terms of his release."

The Harper government's promise has been compared to the controversial "three strikes" law in the United States, where repeat offenders are automatically imprisoned for extended terms if they have been convicted of three or more serious offences.

The problem with the U.S. law, Mr. Toews said, is that too many people have been imprisoned for less serious offences. Also, the automatic nature of the law eliminates discretion for judges, unlike the Conservative proposal that gives leeway for offenders to challenge a dangerous offender application.

In Canada, police sometimes notify the public, through a news release, when there is a convicted sex offender in a community.

We see several flaws in this approach.

- This classification of sexual offences is based on perversion (fear of sex is a perversion).

- There is nothing wrong with the current Canadian Justice System

- All consensual sex should be legal.

- When we provide extra powers to the government to strip rights from citizens they inevitably use these powers.

- The sex negative campaign of the Conservatives is based on a believe that sexual offences are the same as violent offences and the same as murder. This is a lie.

- This law will be used to target sexual minorities and no differences will be considered to the individual circumstances of the acts themselves. All acts are individual acts and must be regarded by the courts individually.

- To begin to base justice on categories of acts and to ignore the individual circumstances is flawed.

- This relies on the creation of CLASSES of criminals. There are no CLASSES of criminals. No good rapists and bad rapists. No good murderers and bad murderers. Those who try to make you believe otherwise are telling you a lie.

- The intent to use PUBLIC SHAME is the loss of the ability to ever be able to permit any criminal the opportunity to serve their time for the crimes they have committed. It is not possible to expect any individual to resume a normal life when they are subjected to LIFE penalties for acts which are harmless in themselves ( as all consensual sex acts are ). It is symptomatic of the loss between church and state to try and infuse again that sense of SHAME the Conservatives want so desperately in Canada.

ALL governments that are unable to maintain a separation between Church and State are the same. I'm sure it is just as pleasant to live in the United States of America as it is to live in Iran. This is no situation that any TRUE CANADIAN should find admirable. These CONSERVATIVE FREAKS do not belong in Ottawa but in Washington D.C. It is time to send them packing.

So now we see that the approach of this Conservative party is beginning to lend hope to those such as Pope Benedict XVI (Nazi Ratburger), that it will be possible to end the separation between Church and State in our Canada. Their language lends itself to their intent to create an atmosphere of shame and fear in our country. The type of environment that leads to increased violence, depression, suicide and other true social evils.

What do I see in the future? - Of the Conservative CANADA -

I see a land covered in shame. A country run exclusively through MAJORITY RULES - aided by POLLS - and no Charter of Human Rights. I see laws making it illegal NOT to attend church services every Sunday - or you end up in the public square, locked in the STOCKS to be pelted with rotten fruit or stones. To be spat upon and cussed at. - I see SUPERMAX prisons filled to the brim being used to provide SLAVE LABOUR of convicts used for corporations.

For those of you who are SUPERSTITIOUS... yes these visions are REAL.

The Conservative party have made it clear that they want to rid Canada of our Charter of Human Rights. They will deconstruct all that we have built as a nation and replace it with a vision of Canada that is not unlike life in any European country about 500 years ago. To them they feel this vision is a grand FUTURE. They will effectively castrate the courts so that only the laws they pass - through Majority Rules - will govern our land. There will be NO MINORITY RIGHTS of any kind. They will dehumanize all citizens who are unlike them in their beliefs.

ASK YOURSELF THIS... did you know about their vision for Canada?

why do these people fear FREEDOM so much?

WOTS is that the Conservatives - under the leadership of Stephen Harper - will soon be changing the entire method of education in Canada. MAJORITY RULES in the classroom. Soon, if the majority of the students think an answer is correct it will be taught as correct. So if the majority in a class says 1+1=3 it will be taught as 1+1=3.

Stephen Harper is taking this to a NEW LEVEL but it is only an extension of his social policies and therefore should not be a surprise. WOTS is that whatever the majority feels is truth will be the truth. ALSO a new uniform of BROWN SHIRTS will be mandatory for all teachers in Canada.

Let's face it CANADA... the Conservatives would rather keep the majority of Canadians uneducated anyways. So it should not be a surprise that soon this will be compromised.
