Erosion of Freedoms by Religious Fundamentalism
Religious Fundamentalism is a superstitious perception of reality which is a construct by humanity of a mythos, which they use as a base for outlook and values. It determines your ability to interact, to feel compassion and sympathy for your fellow human beings within the confines of our flesh and dimensions. The role of modern religious fundamentalism is to create discord through the erosion of FREEDOMS. These are freedoms that generations have fought and died to achieve as well as protect. The propagation of this philosophy is destructive to our culture and the image that our culture is meant to be in terms of a personal freedom representation/archetypal, political/social construct. The Christian Fundamentalist movement and it’s Islamist Jihadist counterpart are compliments of each other. They represent two halves of a whole that is the divestment of western freedoms and their corresponding values. How far will they be permitted by the people to continue to erode our social construct remains to be determined.
